All payout estimates provided through this Site, including AI-generated estimates, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of payment. Actual payouts are determined at the time of service based on purity levels, compliance record, sustainability commitment, and current market prices.

3. AI-Powered Tools

This Site includes AI-powered tools including but not limited to the Recovery Value Estimator, Tech Independence Quiz, Ask the Movement chat assistant, State Compliance Lookup, and Refrigerant Identifier. These tools are powered by third-party AI services and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Outputs generated by these tools do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. T&K makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. 4. Donations and Payments

Donations made through this Site support the T&K Movement's EPA recycling education programs. T&K represents that 100% of donated funds are used for EPA recycling education purposes. Donations are processed through third-party payment processors. T&K is not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization — donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise indicated. By donating, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

5. Employment and Contractor Applications

Submitting an application through this Site does not guarantee employment, an offer of work, or any contractual relationship with T&K.
